I installed a program last night and need to know how to uninstall?

To uninstall application it is enough to open Applications folder and drag and drop the icon of an application to the Trash. Before doing that, make sure app you want to remove is not running (you can check it in the Force Quit window).

Depending on the program it may have components that exceed simply dragging and dropping into trash for uninstall. Applications that are bundled as system utilities, network utilities or securities packages often write files outside of the application and will come with their own uninstall or the developer may have a procedure for uninstall.

Check the developers website when in doubt.
